Other than an occasional backlog due to a bottleneck on our connection in
the afternoons, I haven't seen any significant problem distributing to
hotmail.com.  I also see a similar thing happening with yahoo.com, juno.com,
and a few other domains.  The backlog seems to clear up during the evening
or overnight.
