I've been experimenting with a problem reported by some of our users.

Using the web interface to respond to a post, if the user wants to
respond to the poster instead of to the list, they check the 'To the
Poster' box, and uncheck the 'To the list' box.

It turns out (and I've confirmed) that if you prepare the message
first, then check the 'To the poster' and uncheck the 'To the list'
box, it will still go to the list.

If you check the To boxes first, it works fine.
