 3. The daily GET  quotas for sites using the default  LSV$GETQ exit have
    been changed from  20 files and 256k  to 50 files and  2M. Sites with
    good connectivity  may want  to consider  further increases  in these
    quotas (MAXGET and MAXGETK configuration variables).
