The following error report arrived today from several of my lists (they 
are trying really hard to hide their identity).

I assume the quiet sub command is their attempt to prevent notification 
to the listowner in preparation to spam. It made me curious though - 
are there any user initiated quiet commands? What are they trying to 
hide with Job Echo=NO and Stat=NO  -- logging data?
