I've had a dean ask if it is possible for replies to any post *she* makes (and only she) be sent to her.  This is a discussion list, with replies currently going to the list.  I'm a bit inclined to think the solution is a separate list, but if there is a configuration that could accomplish this ...

The best I came up with was to set up a new list (List-A) with a reply-to coded to send mail to her.  Have the current list (List-B) a sub-list of List-A.  I was not sure which parms would be honored, though.  Or just a different list altogether, but that would require keeping subs on both lists current.
