Not very nice, nor very necessary -- as listowner, you *always* have access
to the complete subscriber list, and the listmember may have good, sound,
and sufficient reasons to set conceal ... And, even if (s)he doesn't, it's
his or her right to set conceal, why make a fuss about it?
 
I run a query for listname *@* every fortnight or so, or more often when
I'm listowner on duty that week.  Helps to keep the most current list
around to answer quick questions.  Listserv can be slow, or the connection
between you and it might be broken.
