Actually one of the tweaks for 1.8d is to ignore lines beginning with ">"
when the loopcheck filter runs through the message.  This should eliminate
the problem with things like "> Sender:".  1.8d builds after 98/09/27 have
this.  Of course if there is no ">" character at the beginning of the line
the message will be bounced as before.
