I have found i am getting delay warning messages for mail sent out on
the list I own from about every 4 hours to once a day or so for each
affected message from:
 
bt.net
uga.cc.uga.edu
xwing.wcape.gov.za and
freenet.carleton.ca
 
amongst other places.
 
I find these delay notices rther bothersome and wonder how easy other
list owners or postmasters have found getting postmasters to set their
error reporter software to suppress warnings and only send errors, like
message undeliverable after 3 or 5 days of retrying, no further attempts
will be made as the mail is now expired?
 
One thing i have noticed is one site is sending its error messge back to
my list and not to owner-blind-l!
 
I'm sure glad the sender appearedd in the filter list or it would have
gone out to the list.
 
I guess these are all things that make a list owner's job interesting
and help make us turn grey ahead of our time.
