First check you archives: has this user posted successfully before? Any
problems with the kind of messages from him?? If no, simply issue the
LISTSERV command
SERVE [log in to unmask]
Remind the user the difference between sending
mailto:[log in to unmask] and mailto:[log in to unmask]
