The listname.html is generated each night, or when the list header is
updated, based on the contents of the notebook directory. So if all you
have in there are  LOG#### format files (monthly), then this is what will
appear in the  listname.html.  If you have actually compiled archives
which contain a years worth of messages, then those archives must be named
LOG94, LOG95, etc. You can mix Yearly, Monthly and Weekly archives and
will be displayed as such, LISTSERV just determines this based on their
filenames.

Assuming most or all of these filenames do not currently exist (that you
must rename), the site manager or someone with local access will have to
create 'stub' files with the same filenames you wish to PUT.
