I should point out that we will be seeing a LOT more served out users. In
1.7f, LISTSERV was changed so that it would allow 10 incorrect commands in an
incoming file before rejecting the file/mail.
Trouble is that a user is served out after 10 incorrect commands. This means
that ONE piece of mail, with perhaps a valid command but a 10 line signature,
is enough to serve out a user. Prior to 1.7f, it would take 10 files before
the user would be served out.
