     Many, many thanks to Herman Woltring for creating and making
available a program called NOMAIL.FOR, described below.  It is now
available on the LstOwn-L Filelist as file NOMAIL FOR (and Herman's
message below is retrievable as file NOMAIL FORINTRO).

Lacking (as far as I know) a ListServer command to determine which subscribers
to a ListServer list are on NOMAIL, and to create an indirect PMDF address file
under VAX/VMS for reachability testing of such subscribers, I have written a
little MS-DOS & VAX/VMS program NOMAIL.FOR for this purpose.
