We're running a subscription by owner list on LISTSERV version 1.8b. The
SUB_OWNER template was modified to indicate a questionnaire would be
sent.  The ADDREQ1 template was modified including adding .to &whom to
send the questionnaire to the subscriber and .re owners to point the
Reply-To: field back to me.
 
However, for some subscribers (not all) their reply gets sent to LISTSERV,
not to listowner (i.e. listname-request@domain).  I can't find a fix in
the Manual.  Can anyone suggest one?
