E-mail to the GAO.GOV has had a considerable number of problems with
delivery over the last couple of weeks.
 
This has resulted in excess bounces of e-mail either back to the
sender, or as in my case, list owner.
 
I have suspended all GAO.GOV subscriptions to FINAID-L.
