I am going to be moving a list to LSOFT running 1.8d beta.  I am
somewhat familiar with 1.8c in my short time of being a list owner. Is
there anything I should know about 1.8d  before I set up the list?
 I went to LISTSERV site and could not find any documentation on
1.8d.  Is there a manual for it yet?
