One of my subscribers is unable to post messages to the list.  Each time, I
receive the following bounce message.
 
The first thing I did was contact the subscriber, telling him to check with
his sysadmins.  His reply to me was that they had suggested that I delete him
from the list, then resubscribe him.  I did so, but the problem persists.
