It's always seemed wrong to me that some off the wall name entered on an ADD
command by a list owner can override the name that I gave in LISTSERV's
registry.  It seems to me that, if a list owner specifies a name in an ADD
command, it should be used for that subscription, but should not override
a name that's already registered.
