This is not a LISTSERV error message.  It is typical of error messages from
some receiving site's mail server.  Of course it also means the mail is not
getting delivered to that subscriber.  The user/subscriber may be able to
take some personal action to request white-listing of your list mail.
Otherwise, as Pete suggests, use a different address.
