Is there a way to change all owners on all lists on a server that match
the pattern *@erie1.wnyric.org to *@e1b.org?  We are running ListServ 1.8e
on Windows.

Fortunately, there are less than 40 lists to change, but I would help if I
didnt have to open each one.  It helps that I and one other person are
quiet owners of every list.

(oops, that reminds me. Better send a change command to this server too!)
