Well I certrainly wish the moderator had caught me on that one. As I
said to Rex privately, I was mortified to realise I'd just done what I
said I hated! It's tough when you push your own hot button. :-)

We have a footer and a header. I think people ignore them. Perhaps it
doesn't really matter that people ignore them ("you can lead a horse
to water but you can't make him drink"). We're going to send our
guidelines out with the confirmation message and see how that works.

Definitely; I've considered doing this. Do you remove them from Review
eventually? If so, under what conditions?

We, too, try not to humiliate our subscribers in public. I like your
form letter but it wouldn't suit our needs.
