This is correct.  This will, however, set all future subscribers to REPRO.
 I suppose if you wanted to do this the roundabout way, you could
unsubscribe everybody and resubscribe everybody back with the modified
header file, but there is an easier way as per your next question:

set listname REPRO for *@*

and that should do the trick.
