Here is a template of relevant options for a list (under v1.7f)

SEND= Editors
 
Owner= p1
Owner= p2
 
Editor= p2
Editor= p1

Now, p1 sends a message to the list she owns/edits. Does the message go to
Editor p2 (the first Editor), or get posted without further review?
 
If it gets posted without further review, is that because p1 is an editor
albeit the second editor), or because she is an owner?
 
Would the story be the same if SEND= Editor ? I.e., where would p1's message
go?
