listserv now ignoring tailored mailforms

About a week ago, we were upgraded from listserv 1.7f (vm) to 1.8a.
I had several lists with tailored Mailform files.  Now I notice that
the tailored mailform is not being sent out, but the default mailform
is being sent out.  Any ideas about why?
