Short of deleting for *.* and re-subbing the list of addresses, is there any
global way to change subscriber names to anonymous?

A listowner has a list:

[log in to unmask] No Name Available
[log in to unmask] No Name Available
...

He complains that "emails from these people come from the name No Name
available, rather than their email address. "
