As the number of lists continues to grow, these resources must be updated
more frequently.  I believe this is currently done 4 times daily.  While
the being reindexed, either the GLOL and/or Catalist usually are not
accessible at all, but sometimes things get out-of-sync, so your list may
appear to be 'lost'.  I wouldn't worry unless you've checked twice a day
over at least 2 days.  The 'net' is not 100% uptime.  Transient errors and
anomalies occur all the time., nothing to get excited about.
