I'll bet that IBM-Main has been around "forever."  Consequently, changing list behaviour (unless it
was recently updated) should be well-considered before you alter subscribers' expectations.

Having said that disclaimer, you will want to look for the list definition and possibly change / add
it to:

* Reply-To= Sender,Respect

Of course, before you do, give the subscribers a headsup and let that ruminate for awhile.
