We've just had a very weird event occur.  Someone in Spain apparently
sent a copy of an old posting of ours back to our listserv and it then
got posted to the entire list.  This isn't supposed to happen, for we're a
moderated list.  I can only suppose that somehow the
listserv took the message as coming from the correct editorial account.
Can anyone figure out what we can do in future to stop it?
I append the header of the message.
