The person probably tried to subscribe someone and used the SUBSCRIBE
rather than the ADD command.  The subscribe command would use the
administrator's e-mail address but change the name to the person's
e-mail address and name s/he is trying to add.  Hence mail doesn't
go astray; it just looks as though it does.

P.S. To fix this, just have the administrator subscribe again under
his/her correct name
