Quite the contrary here....looking after LISTSERV fell to me as I was about
the only one who knew (or was interested in) web technologies.  If I had a
choice between doing web development or LISTSERV admin full time, LISTSERV
would win out any day.  I think it's more to do with the fact that LISTSERV
allows for personal, human interaction (both good and bad) in a rather
impersonal environment.

That's my 2-bob's worth anyhow...
