The problem with the below method is all personal settings will be lost 
(digest, etc.) Anyone currently on NoMail will be returned to Mail. 
Also, if this is the only list on the server to which they subscribe, 
they will also lose their Listserv password.

Your Listserv Maintainer may be able to delete the message from the 
spool folder (if he/she is willing) and you were fast enough to place 
the list hold. Probably your only other option is to release the list 
and follow-up with a message explaining the error.
