I have been an "owner" of a list for a couple of years.  I did not set up the
list; I inherited it.  Now I wish to transfer ownership to another individual.
First, how do I unlock the list?  I keep getting messages that its locked & I
never "locked" it.
Second, please advise how I go about adding a "first" owner.  Said individual
wishes me to remain as co-owner, but I do not want to receive errors
messages, add new subscribers, etc., etc.
