Hello all.

I have a couple of questions regarding the 'Filter' keyword that can be used
in list headers.

1) Can wildcards be used - eg Filter= Also,tweedledum@*,*@tweedledee.com

2) If a [log in to unmask] tries to subscribe to the list with the
above Filter in place (and is hopefully rejected), does listserv send off an
emailed explanation of why the attempt failed to the would-be subscriber?
