althought the user who sent this is an owner, all posts keep getting
bounced back the  following;

Mail has been received for delivery to the L-SEMEVENT list from a user
which  had been served out".

I am not sure why.  nothing on the surface seems wrong with the list and
nothing seems wrong with the users account.

any suggestions?  Thanks.
