The only way to use ANY topic (except OTHER) is to put it in the subject.
You can use multiple topics in the same message, as follows:
Subject: TOPICA,TOPICB: The real subject here

Just address it to all the lists (but you still have to put the topics in
the subject, so the same topics will apply to each list).
