I keep local copies of all the lists connected with KIDLINK.
When I get bounces, this are a big help in figuring out what
address is bouncing. Knowing the options was a big help--a
subscription set to nomail cannot be bouncing, an error returning
an index cannot come from a subscription set to digest.
Yes, I know I can get this information from the list server, but
it is much slower. I'm considering writing a script that will
decode the option settings. I'd really like to know the encoding
scheme.
Peace, Dan
