No, no, Doug, it is not necessary at this point. The university General
Counsel seems to think that a letter to the other university's lawyers and a
letter to the net.kook will be enough for now (actually, I think Melvin
Klassen gets the credit for the term).
 
It better be enough. I have absolutely no funds to fight such a battle.
