Ya know, this list was started a good few years ago, in Indiana, for
listOWNERs, not for site administrators (for whom there are other lists).

The name of the list is, after all, lstOWN-L .

While discussion of functions unavailable to mere list owners can be
interesting and informative (don't get uppity with the administrator
at a host site who clearly doesn't know what he is doing, though) it
is, isn't it?, supposed to be for listOWNERS, not site administrators.
Right?  (sorry for the previous problem, the left will work when it
decides to cease the strike, so we's a bit slow here).  Douglas
