In addition to the semi-obvious
quiet add listname postingaddress
set listname nomail noreview for postingaddress
you might consider a complete separation of subscription and posting. I
do this for groups of lists or for lists where a significant number of
posts come from local redistributions (newsgroups).
To completely separate posting priviledge from subscriptions, create a
new list. It will have no postings and only you will add or delete
subscriptions to it. In your old list, use something like
"Send=Editor,hold" and after making yourself an editor
"Editor=(newlistname)". Now subscribers can come and go, yet your
posting authorization information remains intact in "newlist".
