The address is probably phoney.  Never send mail to a "remove" address
in spam.  It only tells them the address is good, and you get more
spam.

You have to look at the full headers and complain to the ISP it came
from/thru.  This can often be found in the top "Received:" line in the
headers.

A complaint to [log in to unmask] may do no good but MAY help.
