Another (likely) dumb 1 question with an easy answer. But here goes:
 
One of our subscribers is at leeds.ac.uk, which listsrev accepts,
however when he subscribes he comes in as
 
at 'bess.novell.leeds.ac.uk' on which I get an error. Any help?
