provider, located in Baltimore, Maryland.
 
Each issue of The Observer contains an article discussing an

in Baltimore, Maryland and has concentrated his legal practice
in the technology area for over 10 years. He is also the adjunct
professor of computer law at the University of Maryland School
of Law, and has recently served as a special intellectual property counsel
for the Maryland Attorney General's Office.
