What version of listserv are you using. If you have access to the web interface
1.8e you can do it under bulk operations.
Mailing List Management Interface
(List Owners Only) Configure your list and manage subscriptions. Then click on
bulk operations. I am not sure if you can read the file strait from excel but
from excel you can dump to a text file then do the bulk add.

Is there anyway to subscribe multiple people at once, like from an excel
spreadsheet.  I have a list of 15,000 I need subscribed to a list and
don't have the time to enter them one by one.
