I password per address per server.  It has no affect on any other server
unless also registered on the other server.

If you have 5 lists on 1 server you need only 1 password.  If you have 5
lists on 5 servers, you must register your password on each server.  If you
have 1 list but 5 addresses, each address needs to register a password
separately, although they can all be the same password (from a security
standpoint this is unwise).  If you have 5 lists on 5 servers and 5
addresses, you have a lot of work to do...  8-)
