Contact postmaster and [log in to unmask] It the libel has any grave
implication you get help in identifying the originastor... BLUES-L and
(many lists) were spammed by a forged "You have been subcribe to our
bonds mailing list" that swamped the "appearing" originator, a brokerage
firm. Tying up their phone and fax to from complaints.

If your list is private you can always scan your sub list for
netcom.com. If it is send=public and you want to avoid this in the
future you can propose to change it to Send=Editor,Hold and
Editor=You,(list_name). That echoes every outside post to you for
approval.

The Netcom.com host that as used in our case was
>Received: from interramp.com (ip126.isdn3.new-york4.ny.psi.net
[38.26.39.126])
 > by dfw-ix9.ix.netcom.com (8.6.13/8.6.12) with SMTP id

Good luck!
