I got what appears to be a valid subscription to one of my lists today
from THEMAIL.COM. I wouldn't be so quick as to declare it rogue. It's a
bi-weekly newsletter list that they subscribed to via a proprietary web
interface, so I doubt they're merely trolling.

I'm not saying this wasn't a case of some kind of abuse, but I don't yet
see reason to blackhole the entire domain.
