Okay, now I have a different situation where a non-subscriber is able to
post to a private list.  Again, my list configuration is:
 
Send= Editor,Hold
 
Editor= owner
Editor= (LISTNAME)
 
A poster at address [log in to unmask] has gotten a message distributed,
even though that address is not on the list.  Note:

Sara Weissman/Morris Cty Library <[log in to unmask]>
SCAN: 2 matches.
 
The headers of the distributed message are as follows:
