    Whatever works.   Six hundred members doesn't mean turnover,
necessarily.  And requiring review is rarely a problem, as list posting
behavior follows the 90-10 rule same as most things in life.....the vast
majority of members will never post anyhow.

Also, if the guy has all these aol aliases and URLs, how are you sure it is
all the same guy?  Or, if it is some sort of MLM scheme, you could be
dealing with dozens or hundreds of hzr buddies and partners, too.
