Since you have 14 non-concealed AOL.COM subscribers to your list (and
presumming that less than 13 of them are set to NOMAIL), and if ONLY one
user of the multiple recipients is "bouncing." THEN there is a problem
with THAT user's mailbox, or AOL.COM gateway permissions for THAT user.
 
Tell the user to pick another provider of e-mail if (s)he can not
get their fee-based service fixed.
