This problem was previously discussed right here on LSTOWN-L.
For a time it was "fixed" but something has regressed.
Feedback from the current postmaster does not indicate that
this will be fixed (even though I forwarded copies of the
LSTOWN-L archives (hopefully they're not copyrighted ;-))
to him).
