I just tried to read the listowner's manual about this command, and
it seems like it won't solve my problem. It only restricts the
possible subscribers, but since my list is Send= Public, setting
Service areas won't help. Or will it? The Listowners manual is very
difficult to understand for a person who isn't a computer
programming professional.
